Enclosed Groupon FAQ

Welcome to Enclosed. We are excited to invite you on the journey of luxury lingerie gifts. Below are a few guidelines for using the offer. We provide these guidelines as much of the Groupon offer is beyond our control, and in most cases there is nothing we can do if a customer does not follow the guidelines. The policies outlined here are reflective of Groupon’s terms and conditions, and Enclosed is held to honor those offer guidelines. We therefore ask that you please follow these guidelines carefully when purchasing your Groupon.

New Customers Only Policy

In order to take advantage of your Groupon coupon code at Enclosed, you must be new to Enclosed, meaning you have not given nor received gifts from Enclosed. This offer is not valid for any previously existing customers nor prior gift recipients of our service. If you have been a customer or gift-recipient with us before, Enclosed will refund the order placed with us. There will be no exceptions to this policy. The customer will then have to seek out a refund from Groupon to recoup those funds.

Returns and Exchanges

All Groupon subscriptions are final sale, and not eligible for refund. Our size guarantee policy does not apply to Groupon subscribers. Enclosed will not accept any returns or exchanges unless we have sent you a damaged product. If you are unsure of your gift-recipient’s size we suggest taking a look in her lingerie drawer to see what she currently wears. 

Using Your Groupon Promotion

All Groupon coupon codes must be applied at checkout prior to placing an order, and cannot be retroactively applied. Enclosed cannot alter the terms of the offer you have purchased, so if you are dissatisfied with these policies please refer to Groupon customer service.
