Part-Time Remote Customer Success Role
We are a subscription lingerie company looking for a 100% remote team-member to work in tandem with our founder. First and foremost, we need someone with hustle, intelligence and attention to detail.
This is a part-time, remote role with extremely flexible hours. She may be located anywhere. Due to the nature of our product, we have a preference for a person who identifies as a woman. This role would be ideal for a stay-at-home parent, or anyone looking for engaging part-time work. On an inter-personal level, this person must be honest (embracing radical candor) and have a can-do in approach. We require the person to be body-positive, sex-positive, and comfortable discussing lingerie.
The role will own the customer support function of the company. Our support is largely via email, but occasionally includes engaging customers by social media and telephone. The email interactions with customers are supported by existing email templates, but every response is personal and tailored to the customer’s needs and recent order history. The number one requirement is being able to write in a manner that is empathetic and succinctly addresses the customer’s questions and needs.
